Gershom Lundberg, M.D.
Dr. Gershom Lundberg accepted a practice partnership with Dr. Keith Crawford and his father Frank, the founder of this office, in 1991. He completed his medical education at Oregon State University and became Board Certified in Radiology in 1986. Gersh and his wife Terri moved to Paducah in 1991 after spending 5 years in practice on the Oregon Coast. He adores spending time with his family as well as caring for livestock on his farm, birding, reading, hunting and fishing.
Gershom Lundberg, M.D.
Keith Crawford, M.D.
Dr. Keith Crawford was born and raised in Paducah and returned to join his father in this radiology practice in 1985 after completing his medical education. Keith completed his residency at University of Louisville and fellowship in MRI-CT-Cross-sectional Imaging at St. Louis University/Barnes Hospital. He is married to Jan and they have 2 grown sons, Adam and Todd, and greatly enjoy being grandparents. Keith enjoys an array of activities in his spare time including: horse jumping, golf, swimming, reading, writing, drawing and painting.
My favorite part of this job is interacting with patients and getting to talk to them about their condition. This “bedside care” gives me great insight into being able to do a better job of interpreting their exam.

Tony Leskosky, M.D.
Dr. Leskosky was board certified in radiology in 1989, after completing his education and residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved to Paducah in 1999 from Albany, GA and joined our practice in 2007. Tony is married with 3 adult children and enjoys spending time in a variety of outdoor activities with his loving family and devoted dogs.
Tony Leskosky, M.D.
Molly graduated from WKCTC in 1986 and moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Fl after passing her ARRT boards where she worked in both a hospital and clinical setting. She moved back to Southern Illinois/Western Kentucky in 1989 and worked at Community Hospital until finding her home at Lundberg Medical Imaging in 1992. She is registered in Radiography, Mammography, CT and Bone Densitometry. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and grandkids as well as a love for gardening.

Molly Mogan, RT(R)(M)(CT)(BD)
Mindy graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in CT and MRI in 1998. After graduation she worked in both a hospital and outpatient facility while obtaining her ARRT registries in both CT and MRI. She started her career at Lundberg Medical Imaging in 2001. In 2005 she took some time off after the birth of her second child and started back full time doing CT, MRI and x-rays in 2006.
Mindy Phillips, RT(R)(CT)(MR)
Amy graduated in radiography at Jackson State Community College in 1999 and in diagnostic medical Sonography at WKCTC in 2006. She is registered in radiography, mammography and ultrasound. She has worked in a hospital and clinical setting and joined Lundberg Medical Imaging in 2006. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two handsome boys.
Amy Weatherford, RT(R)(M) RDMS
Miranda graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in Radiologic Science. She is registered in CT, MRI, and Radiography. She started her Radiology career in a hospital setting. In March 2012, she made a positive career move and became a part of the Lundberg Medical Imaging family.

Miranda Richison RT(R)(CT)(MR)
Lisa was trained in the U.S.A.R. as a combat medic and x-ray technician in 1979. She has since gone on to become a registered technologist in Radiography and Mammography. She has worked in several large cities and joined Lundberg Medical Imaging in 2010.

Lisa Riley, RT(R)(M)
Pam graduated from WKCTC in 1995. After working at three local hospitals she became part of Lundberg Medical Imaging in 2005. Her certifications include Radiography, Mammography and CT. Outside of work she enjoys her grandchildren, gardening and arts and crafts.

Pamela Wilford, RT(R)(M)(CT)
Amanda is a 1999 graduate of the WKCTC Radiology program and a 2000 graduate of the Ultrasonography program. She worked PRN briefly in a hospital setting before she was hired at Lundberg Medical Imaging in the fall of 2000. She is registered in Ultrasound, Mammography and Radiography.

Amanda Myhand, RT(R)(M) RDMS
A partnership opportunity brought Terri and Dr. Lundberg to Paducah in 1991. As the Lundberg’s assumed full ownership of the imaging center in late 2012, Terri stepped into the role as Practice Manager and Referral Liaison. She brings a degree in marketing and business ownership experience with her to oversee operations at LMI. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has trained middle and high school athletes since 1995. Terri enjoys their 5 wonderful children, teaching group cycling, competitive tennis, running and gardening.

Beverly Phillips works as front office supervisor. She started her career at Lundberg Medical Imaging in 1983, transcribing radiology reports for Dr. Frank Crawford. Closing in on 30 years of experience, Beverly has adapted and grown with the changes in the health care environment, to bring an irreplaceable degree of professionalism and heart to our office. Outside of work, she tries to spend as much time as possible with her two wonderful grandkids.

Pam is the newest member of the LMI team. She brings over 20 years of patient, billing and insurance experience. She has an associate’s degree in Office Administration and looks forward to serving our patients with any insurance or billing issues. She is married with 3 wonderful children and 2 precious granddaughters. She also enjoys reading, scrapbooking and has recently taken up quilting.

Kenny Holder started as a darkroom technician in 1987. Since then, our referring physician offices have come to recognize him as our cheerful and reliable courier, delivering same-day reports and smiles. Additionally, Kenny is a vital part of the smooth operation of equipment and information technology in our office.
Kathy Hayden returned to LMI in 2010 after taking 18 months off to spend time with her first grandchild. Her hobbies include her 5 grandchildren, playing the piano at church and refereeing county-wide volleyball and basketball games.
Kristen began her career with LMI in 1998 and then took a couple of years off to be a stay-at-home mom. We were thrilled when she joined us again in 2010.
